OU50 – Special Award Category
The Open University is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year and to mark the occasion the Open University in Wales will be presenting a special OU50 Award as part of the Inspire! Adult Learning Awards.
The award will recognise that 50 years ago the OU was created with the aim of disrupting and innovating educational provision and opening educational opportunity. The celebratory award will go to an individual or organisation who is creating the same impact in Wales today. It could be an organisation delivering learning in a unique and engaging way or an individual opening up access to education in their community.
All nominations for the Inspire! Awards 2019 will be considered for this award. Alternatively, if you only wish to be considered for the OU50 Award please complete our nomination form for this specific category.
