This toolkit is intended to support adult education providers, including curriculum managers, lecturers and tutors in thinking through how they can work most effectively with adult learners from black and minority ethnic groups.
In developing the toolkit we have drawn on the experience of adult education providers in local authorities, colleges, universities and the voluntary sector and community sector working with black and minority ethnic learners.
